Modular valves - 21IZ3 series from ODE Srl

ODE informs about the release of the modular 21IZ3 Series to complete the pneumatic valve range. These products allow you to create small groups of valves (manifold) according to your needs.

The valve is designed to make valve groups (manifolds). It can be used by feeding it above or below the seat, thus allowing to realize manifolds with functions also complex. For example, one of the valves making up the manifold can function as a “general valve” and feed it below the seat. Through this “general valve” the fluid reaches the other valves of the manifold that can manage the outgoing fluid.

Body side - Process connections: flanges for welded pipe diameter 25mm, 32mm. Under shutter - Threaded connections BSP, BSPT, NPT: 1/2” (DN15) or 1” (DN25).

The 21IZ3 series valves are able to offer flow rates (Kv) up to 185 l/min, with maximum operating pressures up to 16 bar.

The main applications of the IZ3 Series concern the interception and control of fluids, gases and vapors in industrial processes.

Some examples of applications can be: carousels for washing drums or bottles, filling containers in automated lines for packaging, use of detergents, use of air and steam for drying drums / bottles.
