- In 1993, LD GmbH was founded and registered as a Bulgarian-German company with the main activity of import and trade of machines and automation components.
- 1994 the company realizes the first import of components and starts organizing warehouse space and stocks.
- During the years, have been established a partnership with more than 20 companies from Italy and Germany. For main part of companies LD GmbH is an official partner for the Bulgarian market.
- The company offers a wide variety of machines, machine units, automation components, tools, supplies;
- For most of offered products, LD GmbH provides certified warranty and post-warranty services.

LD GmbH has a developed network of offices, warehouses, regional representatives and service throughout the country:

- A team of 46 highly qualified employees;
- Head office and warehouse in Sofia, with an area of a 1200 m²;
- Central warehouse in Sofia with more than 12 700 items on stock;
- Office and warehouse in Plovdiv,Varna and Shumen;
- Regional sales representatives in  Stara Zagora, Burgas, Ruse, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Pleven, Vidin, Blagoevgrad;

The company was founded in 1993 as a Bulgarian-German venture with goals and visions focused on innovation and precision.
1994 the company realizes first import of components, setting the start of creating a warehouse, maintaining stocks and laying the foundation for future development and growth.
Since 2001, LD GmbH has been using ERP system for processing orders, purchase and sale invoices, for managing warehouse and service activity, for accounting and finance.
Since 2009 г. LD GmbH is ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
Since 2012, LD GmbH has implemented Microsoft CRM system for effective management of trade activities and customer service.
Developed network of offices and representatives throughout the country / warehouses in Sofia, Plovdiv, Shumen and Varna; Central warehouse in Sofia with more than 12 700 different items on stock; the biggest warehouse of pneumatic components – more than 8000 items; A team of 45 highly qualified employees; Auto park of 30 cars;
